At Van den Bos cm we design and build transport and robotic systems for the corrugated industry. From complete factory transport lines to advanced multipack machines with robots. Everything we supply is realised entirely in-house: mechanically, electrically and software-wise.

This vacancy has arisen because a colleague has moved on internally. As a result, we are looking for a mechanic at MBO level 3/4 who wants to assist in the construction, installation and commissioning of our machines and systems.

What will you do?

As an assembler, you will work alternately in our workshop in Almelo and at customers' sites in Europe. You work on the assembly and commissioning of machines and conveyor systems and are an important point of contact on location for practical and technical coordination.

While working on location, you represent Van den Bos cm to the customer. You work professionally and carefully and communicate clearly about progress, safety and agreements.

Your duties will include:

• Mechanical and electrical preparation and assembly of machine parts in the workshop.
• Installing, connecting and testing machines and conveyor systems at customers' premises.
• Participating in the commissioning of installations.
• Connecting and checking electrical components, sensors and pneumatics.
• Identify deviations or bottlenecks and discuss them with the project manager.
• For software-related questions, switch with the software engineer.
• Work according to safety and quality guidelines.

On average, you will work around 40% on site and 60% in the workshop.

• MBO level 3 or 4 in mechanical engineering (and affinity with electrical engineering), electrical engineering, mechatronics or similar.
• Technical insight and analytical ability.
• Experience in mechanical or industrial engineering is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of pneumatics.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to work on location within Europe.

Wij zoeken voor onze serviceorganisatie een service monteur die verantwoordelijk is voor service, onderhoud en storingen aan onze installaties bij klanten in binnen- en buitenland.

What will you do?

Als Service Monteur voer je service-, onderhouds- en storingswerkzaamheden uit aan machines en installaties bij klanten. Je werkt voornamelijk op locatie binnen Europa en bent daar verantwoordelijk voor een veilige, betrouwbare en efficiënte werking van de installaties.

Waar mogelijk ondersteun je klanten bij storingen op afstand, in afstemming met de service coördinator.

Your duties will include:

• Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud
• Lokaliseren en oplossen van mechanische, elektrische en besturingstechnische storingen
• Service en onderhoud aan KUKA-robots en bijbehorende installaties
• Meewerken aan opbouw, inbedrijfstelling en testen van installaties in de werkplaats
• Testen en analyseren van defecte of vervangen onderdelen
• Vastleggen van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden via iPad en service-software
• Technische rapportage en terugkoppeling aan de Service Coördinator
• Uitleg geven aan klanten over werking en basisonderhoud van installaties
• Ondersteunen bij gebruikersinstructies en trainingen

Voor je zelfstandig op pad gaat word je bij ons on the job opgeleid door ervaren collega’s. Gemiddeld werk je circa 60 tot 70% van de tijd op locatie bij onze klanten in Europa.

Je bent technisch sterk, zelfstandig en vindt het prettig om bij klanten te werken. Je communiceert duidelijk en werkt gestructureerd.

• mbo niveau 3 of 4 richting mechatronica, elektrotechniek of industriële automatisering
• 3–5 jaar ervaring als service- of onderhoudsmonteur in een industriële omgeving
• Kennis van elektrotechniek, besturingstechniek, mechanica en pneumatiek
• Ervaring met industriële robots (KUKA is een sterke pré)
• Bereidheid om te reizen binnen Europa
• Engels communicatief vaardig; Duits is een pré

What will you do?

Als service coördinator ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt voor klanten op het gebied van service en onderhoud. Je organiseert en coördineert servicewerkzaamheden en bewaakt de voortgang, kwaliteit en efficiëntie.

Daarnaast ontwikkel en beheer je trainingsmateriaal voor gebruikers en verzorg je, waar nodig, zelf trainingen bij klanten.

Your duties will include:

• Inplannen en coördineren van service- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden
• Eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten bij servicevragen en storingen
• Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes voor service, onderhoud, trainingen en onderdelen
• Functioneel aansturen en ondersteunen van Service Monteurs
• Ontwikkelen en actualiseren van trainingsmateriaal, zoals handleidingen en instructievideo’s
• Coördineren van en bijdragen aan gebruikerstrainingen
• Bewaken van service-administratie en documentatie
• Signaleren van verbeterpunten in installaties en serviceprocessen

What do you bring?

Je bent organisatorisch sterk, communicatief vaardig en technisch onderlegd. Je houdt overzicht en weet klantverwachtingen en technische mogelijkheden goed te verbinden.

• mbo+ of hbo werk- en denkniveau
• Opleiding richting mechatronica, industriële automatisering, elektrotechniek of technische bedrijfskunde
• 5–8 jaar ervaring in een service- of technische coördinatierol
• Ervaring met serviceplanning, klantcontact en offerteprocessen
• Technisch voldoende onderlegd om inhoudelijk te sparren met monteurs
• Goede beheersing van Engels; Duits is een duidelijke pré
